Proposal Summary: **
The purpose of the Support to Anti-Corruption Champion Institutions (SACCI) activity is to enhance institutional accountability and capability to deter corruption and to develop and support a citizen constituency for fighting corruption in Ukraine. USAID assistance will support strengthening Institutional accountability and mechanisms to fight corruption, as well as enhance communication on Anti-Corruption reforms, and empower a core constituency of Anti-Corruption reformers to monitor corrupt practices in and actively collaborate with government institutions in fighting corruption.

Position Summary:
MSI is seeking a local Civil Society Advocacy Expert for an upcoming USAID Anti-Corruption project in Ukraine.
Responsibilities:
- In coordination with MSI's program staff, develop and manage implementation of the Ukraine SACCI project strategy to build NGO capacity and sustainability.
- Lead development and implementation of an NGO capacity and sustainability building training program.
- Provide technical assistance to NGOs in strengthening their organizational capacity and developing sustainability plans.
- Foster NGO financial sustainability by facilitating establishing funding instruments, such as: public-private partnerships, corporate matching grants, and others.
- Contribute to promoting legal environment to stimulate financial sustainability of NGOs.
Qualifications:
- University degree in international development or other relevant field of study.
- Five (5) years of experience in working with NGOs.
- Strong knowledge of the legal framework for NGO, as well as issues of the NGO capacity and sustainability.
- Experience in conducting fundraising and leveraging funds.
- Proven managerial experience.
- Proven experience in developing and conducting training programs.
- Preferably but not necessary experience in working with USAID programs.
- English fluency required.
- Native Ukrainian and Russian and English writing and spoken proficiency required.
