Project Summary:**
Colombia Transforma is a program financed by USAID/OTI. Transforma provides support strategically aimed at achieving sustainable peace in Colombia. The initial goal is to strengthen the institutional capacity of the Colombian government to implement rapid response during the first 36 months after the signing of the peace accords.

Position Summary:
The procurement support consultant will support the Colombia Transforma procurement team with the processing and review of closeout files. This will require some knowledge of finance/accounting processes, basic Microsoft Excel skills, and digital file archiving.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the reconciliations of closing of activities, verifying the instruments of purchases with the report of expenses generated by finances.
- Verify the electronic files of each procurement process, according to the closeout checklist, and manage the archiving of the missing information to guarantee the integrity of the information
- Prepare the checklist of each process and inform the responsible purchasing specialist.
- Print all the back-up documentation for procurement files to complete the physical folders of closing activities.
Required Experience:
- Professional degree in public accounting or degree in accounting.
- Experience in the implementation of international cooperation programs or non-profit organizations is preferred.
