Project Summary:
USAID CEGAH is a 5-year program dedicated towards strengthening Indonesias Community of Accountability. This includes components on rule of law strengthening, accountability and anti-corruption, public service integrity, access to information and civil society strengthening.

Position Summary:
The Anti-Corruption Advisor/Senior Anti-Corruption Advisor position will be filled by an experienced individual who is an authority in several of the following fields: corporate governance, forensic accounting, internal controls in private and/or state-owned enterprises, and big data mining for investigative purposes.
The Anti-Corruption Advisor/Senior Anti-Corruption Advisor will report to the Chief of Party and work closely with the External Controls (Anti-Corruption) Program Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
Conduct trainings for program beneficiaries in government, the private sector, state-owned enterprises and civil society.
Provide ongoing on-the-job coaching for the same beneficiaries.
Develop issue papers on international best practices for some of the abovementioned topics.
Provide regular written analysis of developments in anti-corruption sphere.
Provide rapid assessments of new relevant regulations or political developments.
Potentially supervise grantees and consultants in the implementation of technical assistance.
Develop standard operating procedures, terms of references, and other documents for program implementation in area of technical expertise.
Seek opportunities for collaboration with other donors and/or the private sector.
Advise internal program development efforts as needed.
Qualifications:
University degree in law, public administration, business, or other relevant field.
Experience with corruption prevention programs, either through government or donors.
Proven advanced technical expertise in one or several of the following fields: corporate governance, forensic accounting, internal controls in private and/or state-owned enterprises, big data mining for investigative purposes.
Tact, diplomacy, and discretion are required.
Native Bahasa Indonesia, fluent English.
