Project Summary:

USAID's Obirodh: Road to Tolerance Program will provide support to activities aimed at fostering an inclusive and tolerant Bangladesh. The project's main office is located in Dhaka, and this position will be based in the Chittagong satellite office.

Position Summary:

The full-time Logistics Officer will provide administrative support to the grants and operations (GO) teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Procurement Specialist.
• Support planning and organization of internal and grantee events.
• Maintain petty cash request and record.
• Maintain an up-to-date list of vendors for field office.
• Maintain the file of invoices from vendors for field office.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• University degree in a relevant subject.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in administrative and/or financial management.
• Strong English and Bengali speaking and writing capabilities preferred.
• Strong self-initiative: ability to implement and manage program activities tasks proactively, without waiting for instructions.
• Open communication style.
