Proposal Summary:
The anticipated USAID-funded Donbas Activity will promote inclusive civic identity and common civic values by addressing the divisive impacts of Russian aggression, Ukrainian ultra-nationalism, and the consequences of ongoing armed conflict. The activity will promote civic awareness, social and economic entrepreneurship, and improve democratic engagement between citizens and government institutions, as well as improve community services in areas most affected by these divisive influences. This five-year project is expected to start in mid-2018.

Summary of positions in Kramatorsk, Severodonetsk and Mariupol:
MSI is looking for full-time, long-term and short-term technical experts in regional and municipal governance, public institution management, service delivery (administrative, social, municipal), citizen engagement in local governance, social entrepreneurship, and public communication. English language is a plus. Positions will be based in Kramatorsk, Severodonetsk and Mariupol offices.
